Our financial policy helps control your expenses. We prioritize repairs and obtain multiple quotes from qualified/approved vendors, use detailed purchase orders, and inspect the goods or services received in comparison to those ordered and quoted, before processing payment.
FINANCIAL PLANNING
Operating Budgets are made and presented to the Board of Directors well in advance of year end using industry best practices. Surplus operating and reserve funds are carefully invested at the best possible rates, for terms consistent with future project timing.
PHYSICAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Regular preventative maintenance is the key to keeping a healthy, safe, and comfortable home. Our preventative maintenance program lists all major components and systems and identifies safety guidelines that would help to maintain the standard of your property.
CORPORATE RECORDS
Many corporate records are now kept electronically and can be found on the management software that is accessible to all homeowners. Using the secure logins, owners can also view their unit ledgers, as well as update their contact information online saving time, energy, and printing costs.Â
COMMUNICATION
As a Licensed Condominium Property Management firm, we believe in respectful and prompt communications to all owners and residents. Community websites and newsletters help keep all members informed about their corporation meetings and events. We are available by telephone, email, and website.
