Meet the Team
Anna Moore – President
Anna is the President of AMR Property Management and has over 20 years of professional experience in property management, development, and consulting in Barrie and the Simcoe Region. Her extensive, hands-on experience has allowed her to develop a thorough knowledge of the Barrie rental market.
Tomas Savo – Operations Manager
Tom heads AMR Property Management’s Client Reporting and Accounting. He has lead the team at AMR for 3 years and is well-versed in the landlord-tenant act. Tom also has extensive knowledge of all government regulations surrounding rental properties.
Courtney Botting – Senior Property Manager
As AMR’s Senior Property Manager, Courtney is the main point of contact for tenants. She manages tenant screening and placement as well as maintenance requests for all of the properties we manage. Courtney also processes lease agreements and prepares properties for occupancy.
Samuel Ataikiru – Student Property Manager
Samuel is a Business Management Student at Georgian College who helps manage AMR’s large portfolio of student homes and apartments. He works tirelessly to help with various aspects of our management services.
Samantha Kelly – Administrative Assistant
Samantha is AMR’s tech-savvy administrative assistant, responsible for managing and distributing information in the office. She is also a part-time accounting student and plans on taking the CPA.
Dave Read – Consultant
Dave has over 42 years of experience working with various aspects of the City of Barrie, including the Zoning Bylaw, Committee of Adjustment, and the calculation and collection of development fees. He works with the AMR team and clients by preparing applications and attending the Municipality for zoning enforcement issues, development fee calculation and guidance, building development, and more.
